This is a collared romper. Size 70cm (fits a bit small, so it might also fit a child who wears 60cm) The stripes are navy blue. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but this is a personal inspection, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things. I will fold it up small for shipping, so there may be some wrinkles. I am not considering lowering the price. Instant purchase is OK!
