This is a T-shirt from the 1990 FIFA World Cup in Italy. I bought it in Rome at the time. It was sold at the same price (around 4,000 yen at the time) in every shop in Rome, so I think it's official, but please make your own judgment by looking at the tags, etc. The size is S, but it's based on Italian standards, so the length and width when laid flat are written in the 6th photo. Please compare it with the size of your own shirt. I don't think there was a distinction between men's and women's sizes. Please forgive any errors as it's a layman's measurement. It's new and unused and looks clean, but the fabric may have weakened due to age.
