This is a genuine pearl silver ring, owned by my grandmother about 50 years ago. The size is approximately 12mm in inner diameter. The pearl itself is about 7mm. Please understand that these measurements are approximate, taken with a ruler as shown in the image, and are not precise. I do not have the knowledge to assess its value, so I will refer to other sellers. There are some minor scratches, but I don't think they affect its use.
