⚠️ Please read to the end. This is a block used for bench press training. Why not add some variety to your training, which tends to become monotonous? It's also great for restricting range of motion or practicing with heavy weights. Recommended for bench pressers. Regarding condition... Only used once after being purchased new. I stored it and am now selling it. There is no damage, but there is a small stain on the front side (see photo 1), possibly from storage.
