It feels like waffle fabric!! I've used it quite a bit!! One of the curtains has a snag or something similar on the bottom. Also, there's a pen mark in one place. There's also some sun fading on the edges! It's fine to use! For a second room, or for someone living alone who can't spend much money, this is great if you just need something that works!
