I purchased this from a toy store about 19 years ago and played with it about 5 times before storing it. I recently replaced the batteries and confirmed that the front right tire is detached, so it can only turn left. It can move forward, backward, and turn right. Also, due to long-term storage, both the outer and inner boxes have damage. I will ship it with the batteries inside. Thank you for looking.
