This item is a Franklin Mint 22-karat gold-plated bonnet mascot, commonly known as the "Flying Goddess," produced in 1987 with precise specifications under the supervision of Cadillac. The underside of the base features a plate certifying its production by Franklin Mint under Cadillac's supervision.
