A pocket T-shirt made by Towncraft (J.C. Penney) from around the 1970s. This is a piece from a good old era when retail stores all over the United States released their own brand pocket tees. Towncraft is one of the brands highly regarded by collectors since long ago, thanks to its moderately thick body and tough stitching, allowing for enjoyable aging over time. It features a two-tone design with a "slightly thin" apple green body and forest green sleeves and pocket. The color scheme is somewhat psychedelic for this era, with a color that evokes a hint of the hippie era. The slightly distorted pocket is also a highlight.
