In April 1925, Hidekichi Obata invested in the struggling 12th generation Kakiemon, establishing the Kakiemon Limited Partnership. In 1928, management rights were returned to Kakiemon. However, the works of the Kakiemon Limited Partnership continued until 1968. From 1969, Hidekichi's son, Jin, took over the kiln as the Jinwa Kiln and continued production. Its popularity was comparable to, if not surpassing, Kakiemon. This is an unused, flawless, and beautiful piece, one of the masterpieces from the Jinwa Kiln, in extremely good condition.
