Purchased 5-6 years ago for my parent's bath, installed once but they said it wasn't needed, so it was only used once and then stored in the closet. The upper round ring has yellowing due to aging, see photo 6 (no cracks or stickiness). Some rust is present, see photo 8. I don't think there is any deterioration in the part that clamps onto the bathtub. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. Shipping will use recycled packaging materials.
