This mouthpiece allows for smooth breathing and has a very good response. It produces a bright, core-rich tone that is unlikely to be buried in an ensemble. I chose this for lending to students in lessons, so I think it's easy for beginners to play. There are scratches and discoloration. The parts that affect the tone (rail, table, etc.) are in good condition.
