This "Les Paul" engraved cover was first introduced on the SG, which Gibson launched in 1961. It later appeared on several other types of guitars, and this product is a cover that evokes the atmosphere of that year. Although it is an aftermarket product, it is very similar in construction to the "Les Paul" engraved cover, which has printed lettering and is used on some recent standard models. It is printed with "Les Paul" in white letters on a black and white 2-ply material. Please refer to the images for the size (measured with an analog caliper). Mounting screws are included.
