The VRTX fitness band includes the following: [00, 0, 1, 2, 3] I bought this for home workouts, but I'm selling it because I'm using dumbbells. Bands 2 and 3 are almost unused. The others have been used infrequently, but there are some small pills/fuzz on the bands. There are no issues with use. As a bonus, I'll include a door anchor.
