This is an Anpanman plastic bag/toy that comes filled with candy, often sold around Christmas and New Year's. I have two of them because I have twins. The price listed is for one. The contents are not included. There are some small scratches and minor color transfer from rubbing against something, but they are not very noticeable and I think they are in good condition.
