I used to wear a 60s dress about 15 years ago, and I bought these at a vintage clothing store in Harajuku back then. I think they're from the 90s to the early 2000s. I've had non-slip soles attached to the bottom of the shoes, and while there is some wear on the heels, the heels themselves haven't worn down.
