This item can be used in two ways: with the shaka-shaka orange side or the fluffy border side. Additionally, as shown in the fifth photo, you can change the ties to use it as a nursing cover. It's a free size, and my child used it from about 0 to 3 years old. We only used it on holidays, and since we had others, it's relatively clean. The button on the border side has come off, and the thread color is different upon close inspection.
