I am selling this because I no longer need to weigh myself. I will wipe it down with a disinfectant wipe before sending it. It can measure in 10-gram increments. You can place a towel or something similar on it and then set it to zero. There is no instruction manual, but you can press on/off and select kg or oz while it's flashing. It was convenient because the previous measurement remains for a while, so you could check it again if you forgot.
