It's in beautiful condition. I bought this when I went to Disney. Fans can touch it without hurting their hands, so children can use it safely. The wind wasn't too strong or too weak, just the right amount, but I never used it and kept it at home. Comes with a strap. You can use the fan only (automatic, speed cannot be adjusted). You can also add water and use it as a mist (manual). I will sell it to someone who understands.
