This is likely a ruler and notebook from Doraemon, dating back to the Showa 50s (1975-1984). The design on the ruler appears to move depending on the viewing angle. (1) Ruler * Made by Showa Note * 25 centimeters Unused and unopened, but the plastic wrapping has scratches and dirt. (It's difficult to confirm scratches or dirt on the product itself, but it doesn't seem to have much.)
