This is the first issue of S.M.H., published in September 1995. I purchased it at a bookstore when it was first published. I have looked through it many times since then, and used it as a reference for classes and assignments, especially when I was a student, so the condition is very poor, as you can see. There is discoloration due to sun damage on the spine and the left side of the cover, as well as many scratches and stains that cannot be removed even with rubbing alcohol.
