There are some minor scratches and dirt, but overall, it's in relatively clean condition. The instruction manual is included, but it has some stains. Everything in the photos is included. The accessories, such as the rice scoop, measuring cup, and steamer, are not included. Please check the condition from the photos and consider purchasing it. :)
