I purchased this guitar, which was being sold as a Fender Mexico, with the intention of modifying it. The body has been routed for a mid-boost circuit, but it is not installed. The original metal nut didn't sound good to me, so I modified it and replaced it with an oiled bone nut. It has original pickups in the neck and bridge positions. The internal capacitors were, I believe, Orange Drop, but I haven't reconfirmed. It has a nice vibe. Everything in the photos is included. The tremolo arm is missing. There is some scratchiness in the switch. I lack the knowledge to definitively determine if it's a genuine Fender, so please refrain from purchasing if this is a concern.
