I purchased this at ZARA, removed the tags, and put it away in my closet. I never wore it and it's now too small, so I'm selling it. The fabric is a cool, seersucker material, perfect for summer! ^ ^ The hem is elasticated, and I think it looks cute when worn! *Please understand that this is a personal inspection and has been stored at home.
