I received this previously and have kept it at home. It is a new, unused item. It is a set of a plastic cup and a drawstring bag. It's safe even if dropped, so it seems perfect for taking a toothbrush cup to elementary school. Other children were also using the same item at elementary school. The bag is mesh, not cloth, which is advantageous as it's easy to put wet items in. I think the cup's handle has a rounded shape, making it easy to use.
