This is a document holder that can be hung on a wall or the like. I purchased this new and kept it stored without ever using it, so there are no visible scratches or stains on the exterior. The upper half is a large pocket, and the lower half is a small pocket. The small pocket is divided in the middle. There are no hooks or the like for hanging, so the buyer will need to provide them.
