I don't have the instruction manual, but the assembly instructions are written on the main unit, so you can assemble it. I'm selling it because my family has gotten smaller. I bought it because I wanted to make mugwort mochi, and I used it about 3 times. Freshly made mochi is so hot that you can't touch it, but using this, I was able to make 50 mugwort mochi with bean paste filling all by myself. They were incredibly popular! You can make your money back in one use! I have washed it and wiped it with food-grade alcohol. If you are looking for something like new, or if you are a perfectionist, please refrain from purchasing. I apologize.
