This is a NaturalPoint TrackIR3 head tracker. It works by placing a sensor on your display and detecting reflective markers attached to your head, allowing you to control your computer. It seems to be mainly used for games. I installed it once, but it's been sitting unused for years. It does have the accessories, but the CD programs might be outdated. There is no guarantee of functionality. It would be best for someone interested in input devices and familiar with computers.
