It's a set-up with an A-line, tight skirt and a sleeveless top. You can wear it as a dress by adding your own belt, or wear the pieces separately. Measurements (laid flat): Sleeveless vest: length 54.5cm, width (underarm to underarm) 46cm. Skirt: waist 34cm, length 59cm. Approximately size L. Both the sleeveless top and skirt have slits on both sides.
