This item is new and was on display in the store. It's a screw-type simple pickle maker. The base is sturdy ceramic. The lid is a spring-loaded plastic type. Size: Base: Diameter approx. 20cm, Height 14cm Box size: 21cm square, Height 19cm It fits perfectly with the lid on. There are iron flecks (black spots) on the base. Please check the images.
