This is a pull-along toy, Pulpla, that operates with a wind-up mechanism, requiring no batteries. It includes one vehicle and one set of dedicated rails. The box has some tears. The vehicle and rails have no significant damage. I bought this for my child, but the target age is 6 years old and my 1-year-old couldn't play with it at all. (crying)
