This is the SHOTEN UMS series M645-FG-U mount adapter from Kofuku Kogaku. It converts Mamiya 645 mount lenses to Fujifilm GFX G mount. Purchased new from Map Camera and used once indoors. It has been handled with care and is in a beautiful condition with almost no signs of use. The tripod mount has not been used.
