I didn't know how to insert the SIM card, so it wasn't recognized, and I used it with Wi-Fi. There may be functional issues, so please only consider purchasing if you understand this. I was able to install the Play Store when I first bought it, but after initializing it, I can't install it as shown in the image. As this tablet's support has ended, there may be issues I am unaware of. I have confirmed that the browser version of YouTube plays without problems. I will answer any questions.
