Vintage G-1 Flight Jacket Back Paint Brown 38 Bar TALON Avirex Real McCoy's Buzz Rickson's This is a vintage G-1 back-painted flight jacket. The condition is very good, and judging from the details, I believe it's from the 1950s or 60s. The fabric is likely goatskin. The lining is 100% brown nylon. The size is 38, and it's not baggy, but rather smart and cool. The left and right hand pockets have the G-1's characteristic resin button flap pockets, and the left pocket can hold a pen. The zipper is TALON, a gold automatic lock bar type, which can be raised and lowered even with gloves on. A chin strap is attached to the neck to prevent wind from entering. The pocket lining cloth also has a nice feel.
