This is authentic barley shochu with 20% alcohol, made using barley and rice koji. I received this a few years ago from someone at Leopalace 21. There is no issue with drinking it, but there are some scratches and stains on the label. There is no outer box, so it will be shipped in a damage-resistant cardboard box or a waterproof bag. ☆☆☆
