I purchased this in Vietnam about 25 years ago for around 5,000 yen. I tried it on, but it has been stored at home without being used. Length: 32.5cm *Measured flat. Please allow for some error. It seems to use a rubber string, and it stretches when gently pulled. I think it can be worn with some margin of error. I think it would look chic yet glamorous when paired with a black dress or blouse. I will also include the storage bag that came with it when I purchased it. (The bag has some fraying.
