This is a set of two marriage registration forms: one with a Rilakkuma pattern and the other in pink gold. Both were originally included as a frontispiece supplement in the same issue of Zexy magazine. They were removed from the frontispiece. The Rilakkuma pattern was cleanly detached, but the pink gold one didn't come off perfectly, and the right side is partially torn, with some creases. (See images 3-6) I've researched and found that being torn doesn't necessarily mean it won't be accepted. It can also be used as a draft. They have been stored in a dark place. They are new and have no stains. They will be placed in a clear file and shipped with cardboard reinforcement on both sides.
