The PlayStation 4 BO3 Limited Edition is the console only. The PlayStation 4 console itself has no noticeable scratches. I cleaned it, but some dust has accumulated in the disc slot and small gaps. The sticker on the back of the controller is peeling off, and there are some dents on the sticks due to the use of stick grips. The console, controller, and all accessories have been tested and are working. I will initialize the console before shipping.
