I received this from an acquaintance, but it doesn't fit me, so I'm selling it. ✳︎ It hasn't been used much, and the Velcro is in good condition with very little fuzz. I think it's in pretty good shape. There are no instructions. For those who understand that this is a used item, thank you.＾＾
