This is the Panasonic Power Cordless "MC-SB34J". I purchased this as a new, unused display model about a year ago. I am selling it because I have lost the adapter. If you use a Panasonic cordless cleaner, you might be able to use the adapter from that! This is a used item, so there are some minor scratches from use.
