This is a maru obi (full-width obi). The color of the weave is faded on three-quarters of the obi. Please check the images. There are stains on the tare-saki (the end of the obi that hangs down) and the te-saki (the end of the obi that is tied). I received this item from someone else, so I don't know the details, but I believe it is old.
