There is a chip on the lower left side of the wooden box, but there are no problems with opening and closing the lid (see photo). There are 17 pattern cards (34 patterns, front and back) instead of the original 18. It seems one card has been lost. Thanks to playing with this product a lot, my child has also come to love assembling small LEGOs. Please understand that this is a used item that has been used by a child, and consider purchasing.
