ACME / Ballpoint Pen Eames Chair This was a gift I received quite a while ago. It's easy to write with, and I used it for work, replacing the ink as needed. It shows signs of use. Case included. There are scratches on the body, and peeling on the top of the cap and the bottom of the body. See photos 1 and 2; there are also scratches on the side. I took photos of everything I could see, but there may be areas I missed. The tin case has some rust. The ink seems to still be present, but please consider it as only enough for a test write.
