This is a Barbour Bedale SL. I purchased it around 2015. It's made of wool, not the usual oiled cotton. Therefore, it doesn't have the stickiness or smell that people often dislike about Barbour jackets. I wore it for two seasons, but there are no noticeable scratches or stains. (I wore it about 10 times.) The color is navy.
