The screen is clean as a protective film is applied, but please check the photos for the yellowing of the analog sticks and the scratches next to them. I have confirmed that it starts up and reads discs when connected to an adapter, but the battery has expanded and was disposed of, so it is not included. The original adapter is included. The buttons are in good condition without any wear. When reading discs, there is a whirring sound, and the power turns off if the adapter connection is poor, so I recommend purchasing a battery if you intend to play.
