Although new and unused, this item is from several years ago. It has lost its shape slightly from being stored for a long time, but I think it will recover if you use boot shapers or wear them. The inside is warm with fur, and they are comfortable on your feet. They're so cute that I have four pairs of the same ones! There are spare jewels as well. I usually wear 23-23.5cm, but these feel roomy. I think they would fit a 23.5-24cm foot. This is just a guide, though.
