This item was acquired over 50 years ago by a family member from the Onta-yaki kiln. It is modeled after a bamboo tube cut from the base, with even the marks of the cut-off branches replicated. The bottom is inscribed with "Onta-yaki Shozan, Aged 80." It is in the same flawless condition as when it was purchased.
