This adorable design features a blue body, a white tutu, and a yellow ribbon accent. The costume was altered twice to add two sizes, resulting in 10 head decorations. When using the head decorations upright, they are designed to be attached with U-pins on both sides, secured with bobby pins. 1. Cleaned after being worn twice. Some areas with elastic show signs of wear. The inner tulle is made of soft tulle, so there are some noticeable creases in the tulle (though this shouldn't be a problem when worn).
