This is a 3D clear file. I don't know the official name, but it has fine vertical stripes and a slightly rough texture! It's hard to tell from the image, but dolphins and fish appear to pop out. I've used it a few times, but I don't think there are any major scratches. The third image shows an A4 sheet of paper inside. Compared to a regular clear file, the vertical size is a little smaller, and the file itself is thicker, so even if you carefully insert an A4 sheet, it might stick out a little.
