This is a "tobi-guchi" (fire hook). I remember seeing it in historical dramas, used by firefighters. The black parts, including the handle, are made of iron. An iron plate is embedded in the middle of the wooden pole, giving it a sense of strength that prevents it from breaking easily. Length: 45cm
