This is from a time when I was collecting Sylvanian Families, mainly the early ones. This is also an early item, which came with an old house I bought. It's baby furniture. I think it's because it was played with, but there are small scratches. However, I don't think there are any serious stains or large scratches. Please check the images carefully. There is a container for the building blocks, but there are no building blocks. The items in the fourth image are, I believe, a bench and a cradle. Everything in the last image is included. These are very old items and are used, so it's possible that I've overlooked something.
